Overall great experience!!! I had a minor accident and spilled milk all over my passenger seat. Called them up out of the blue and they were super accommodating and let me bring my car in the same day. Not only did they clean the whole interior and make it look immaculate, they also clean the spilled milk up and I couldn’t tell it ever happened. If you are looking for an efficient interior clean I highly recommended bringing your car here!!!! Palermo’s Auto Works killed it!

I don't use a collision repair shop often, but I had a close encounter of the wrong kind with a snowbank and ripped the front bumper 3/4 off my van, so I needed some work done. My last experience was horrible, so I was a bit hesitant. After reading Palermo's reviews, I contacted them. 1) From the receptionist to the owner, everyone was responsive, helpful, and treated me as if I was important to them. 2) The preliminary estimate (based on photos) was thorough, listing every detail of the repair, even where parts were ordered from and the price. But, of course, until they had the vehicle "under the knife," they weren't 100% sure they'd seen all the damage. Again, I was skeptical, so they suggested I bring the van in for an "in person" inspection. 3) They immediately ordered the parts, so when I brought the van in for repairs the next week, everything was there and ready for work to start. 4) Though they did find a couple minor items not included in the preliminary estimate, the final cost was just under $150 more than the original estimate. 5) The price was not cheap, but compared to other repair shops' estimates, it was well within the reasonable range. 6) They said the work would take 5 days, but they were done in 4, so saved me paying for the rental vehicle for the 5th day. 7) AND, they gave the inside of the van a thorough cleaning like it hasn't seen since I purchased it--it is BEAUTIFUL. Finally, when they were done, you would never guess there'd ever been any damage at all; it looks as good as brand new. **** So, would I recommend Palermo's? Without the slightest hesitation.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the crew at Palermo's Auto Works! When I was caught in a tough situation with a property management company in Buffalo responsible for damage done to my vehicle while parked in a parking lot, Palermo's was willing to deal directly with the company at fault when the company decided not to go through its insurance company. After weeks and weeks of communication between us, the staff at Palermo stepped in, smoothed things over, and made it easy for my vehicle to be fixed while handling communication with the company at fault. When I picked up my Jeep, it was cleaner than it went in and the damage was gone - I never would have know the driver's side door had been damaged if I hadn't seen it for myself! Their work is impeccable, their communication is timely and excellent, and they have my highest recommendation!

Dan and Co fixed my wife's car in a timely manner, and were super pleasant to work with. Kept me informed every step of the way and it just made an annoying process a lot easier to deal with. We hit a shredded tractor tire on the thruway and it caused a lot of damage to the plastics from front to rear, but also some mechanical stuff too, and they found everything and did a great job w/ it. Already talking about having some paint work done for my other vehicle. They may be a smaller shop, but we'll definitely recommend him to anyone over a bigger name/shop. Their skills w/ the repairs match their customer service, which was top notch.

2010 Acura TL lip kit ! I do not ha ANY complaints on dan what so ever ! My lip kit came all damaged due to poor packaging ! Dan worked his magic ! For being a 12 year old car ( 12 year old paint job) Dan match the paint dang near perfect ! Not only that he also covered up a couple scratches and chips I had on my rear bumper ! Very professional , nice guy ! And very very affordable , I did not hesitate at all ! IF I CAN GIVE YOU 1000 % rating I would ! THANK YOU DAN !

Dan went above and beyond in helping me with a car build. He was patient and understanding and he made helpful suggestions. Dan did everything from paint repair to repairing a cracked bumper. Then to top off his excellent work, he gave the car a five year ceramic coating. Just when you think you have challenged him, he stepped up even more and installed my custom grill work!
